No information when chat is offline

    Hello,
    when the chat is offline and the customer send email, in the email that i get there is no information at all. So we cannot reply to the offline message.

    Is there any fix for this?
    I am using the free version of the plugin and willing to buy the full version, but if this problem exists i think that i should find another chat sollution.
