I unzipped, read the “read me” file. It stated to “Open wp-admin/install.php in your browser”. The files I unzipped have no “wp-admin/install.php” file.

I just downloaded a fresh WP and unzipped it. It does have /wp-admin/install.php

So, you may want to try downloading a fresh copy again, and unzip it

Hold on …. I think I’ve found it. It seems to want to use Explorer. I really dislike Explorer … can I install using Chrome? It’s telling me “WordPress requires that your web server is running PHP. Your server does not have PHP installed, or PHP is turned off.” I’ve got to figure out how to turn PHP on.
