NO International currency support and awful customer support

This product has severe issues with International currencies which use the comma “,” and should not be used. Using the WP Easy Pay software will convert the ‘,’ to a ‘.’ and charge your customer 100 times the cost of your product. Could you imagine the selling a product for $3 and having an accidental charge of $300 and dealing with the costumer. This is what this product does and does it 100% when a comma is in the currency.
I was a user of WP Easy Pay for nearly 4 years (lifetime license) until they introduced this bug into there software November 2021 with versions from 4.0.10, 5.0.0 and 6.0.0. Version 4.0.9 and prior worked ok.
Late January 2022 I had stop using this software. I contact the support of this severe bug to get a resolution. They stated are aware of this overcharge bug and have no plans to correct. The support (RameezZia) says, “I’m deeply sorry for any inconvenience you’ve experienced with WP-EasyPay Plugin but Let me inform you that we didn’t add this type of currency format support in it and never mentioned it in the documentation.”
How can you create an ‘internet commerce’ software but do not support international currencies?
Being a Software Developer myself, I was shocked by arrogance of these company and would look elsewhere.
