Can't access my site

  • I have trouble with my account on Wp.
    I get white pages, no internet connection (while listening to youtube, or chatting with someone, so I had internconnection but not on wp)

    My internet providers says everythings is alright
    my webhosting says everything is okay;
    My admin says you are doing something wrong :/ yeah but what?

    This is making me crazy :'(

  • It sounds like your IP address has been blocked by your webhost. This can happen due to too many failed login attempts. Go to https://www.whatsmyip.org/ and get your IP address. Then ask your webhost to check for blocks on that IP. I hope this helps!
