No invoice, no reply to emails

I have a company and I need an invoice for the plugin. Unlike other companies offering digital products, there is no option in the customer account to download an invoice for the transaction, nor does customer service respond to my friendly request to send me one as a PDF.
I sent two emails a few days apart. I purchased with a sales tax number, so it is obvious why I depend on reliability as a business partner. This is very disappointing. I have only used the plugin for a short time, I have lost my enjoyment. So I have to book the purchase of two plugins as a private purchase because I have no invoice.
I will not remain a customer of this company.
