NO JAVASCRIPT ERRORS

    After a couple of years of using the Ad Inserter, today I received the following error:

    “NO JAVASCRIPT ERRORS”
    “Header code <head>…</head> 0 characters inserted”

    Can anyone help me figure out what it is and how to resolve it?
