No js file management tab found in MINIFY Section

    Thank you for your inquiry and I am happy to assist you with this.
    The screenshot you provided is showing that you are using minify on Auto. You need to switch to Manual minify in Performance>General settings, Minify section and save all settings.
    After that go to Performance>Minify and JS file management section will be available.
