No key after buying pro version (maybe because of a wrong steps i done)

    Hi. i just bought the pro version but i didn’t receive any key until now.
    I already emailed this to sales and also info(at)ait-pro.com but haven’t any response until now, my name is Adi Nugroho and have emailed this problem with my email: abuab********[email protected]. I have sent the copy of credit card payment transaction in there.

    This problem maybe occur because:
    1. I bought the pro version without register as new user first, i just paid it with credit card
    2. I use my friend credit card, his email is (im***[email protected]), i have stated this in my email to sales and info(at)ait-pro.com. Until now he doesn’t receive any email regarding any key.

    I paid the plugin today, 13 Apr 2016 at 0:56:24 GMT-07:00

    Please reply as soon as possible.

    Sorry for the inconvenience. I found your emails to us and they were spammed as phishing emails. Email is becoming less and less reliable these days due to anti-spam methods (yeah ironic and tragic since the majority of spam emails still get through anti-spam email filters).

    I manually resent the BPS Pro Purchase Confirmation and Download-Request Key automated email to the PayPal address used to purchase BPS Pro. That email address is: im**[email protected]. Please check that email mailbox for the email from us.
