No keywords form shown and lots or notices

    It seems that there is no “form” shown when i try to add a new link.

    There is internal title, url/page, the lable for keywords but no form for the keywords.

    Also my debug.log is full of Undefined index notices from the plugin.

    I run WP 4.9.12 and PHP 7.2
