No Keywords functionality

    Fresh install and Keywords functionality is missing.

    Not an option for admin columns. And no meta box in the Add New section. Just missing entirely. I’ve experienced this on PHP 7 and 5.6. With SSL and without. I’ve only tried with WP 4.7.2.

    Since keywords are attached to individual media items, we moved the keywords section into the Media Library. Honestly, it should’ve been there from the start. Putting it in the Sell Media panel, while convenient, caused confusion when uploading galleries of images.
