No link on Email sent

    When testing the setup, I send the file to vendor and opt for them to login to retrieve selected files with the [file] shortcode set in the vendor email.
    The test vendor email is sent and received but the shortcode for [file] is blank, doesn’t display anything, not even the shortcode.

    It should be displaying a link on the email to retrieve files from the site

    Thank you for your quick response. The link is now working, however, takes you to 404 page not found.

    Also noticed when receiving email the ‘From’ is WordPress, although I had changed it in the settings to the company name.
