I can choose which page to use for “terms and conditions” and I can toggle the function on and off. But no matter what I do there is no link – so the customer can only accept the terms but not read them.

I’m using Ocean WP but the same thing shows up through the Astra theme.

Any inputs here? This is quite problematic.

    Hi there,

Can you make sure there is a [terms] shortcode included in this setting: https://d.pr/GD8Uap . This can be found under Customize > WooCommerce > Checkout.

If that doesn’t help, can you try switching to Storefront theme and see if it works?

Could you also share your System Status Report, it would help us to understand your site setup a bit better. You can find it via WooCommerce > Status. Select Get system report and then Copy for support. Once you’ve done that, paste it here in your reply.

Thank you, there was no shortcode!
This settled all of it for me ??

So simple and yet a bit tricky – at least you have to know that a shortcode is used.

    Hi there,

I’m glad you figured it out! I’m going to mark this as resolved – if you have any further questions, you can start a new thread.
