No links (redirects) working after updating to WordPress 4.2.1

Hi, today I’ve updated to 4.2.2, but ever since I’ve updated the wordpress to 4.2.1,
If I click on any link (menu items, the main logo, etc.) on the website it only shows the loading sign. If I deactivate your SEO plugin, everything works fine. The pages or posts also show up when I type in the permalink URL directly in the address line.

I am doubting this might have to do with Permalinks settings, but I am not sure what to do. I don’t have anything checked on the plugin settings regarding Permalinks, and on the admin dashboard I have selected the “/post-name/”
