No links to the posts in the search results

  • I have the following problem. If I search for a topic, for example, ‘impolite’, I get a results page but every result in the page links to mywebsite.com/?s=impolite instead of the real post where it originates from.

    The website has access restricted to members only and the search field shows up only to logged-in users. That shouldn’t be relevant but who knows.

    How can I fix that?

    Relevanssi is not responsible for printing out the links. It’s your theme’s responsibility. So – what is your theme doing to print out the links in the search results template? It’s quite possible the access restrictions have something to do with this.

    Thank you for the reply, now I understand. It’s a custom theme, a third party made it. At this point, I believe we are missing the search results template.
