Can you visit /wp-admin/edit.php?post_type=ctct_forms&page=ctct_options_settings_support
in your WP dashboard and toggle the “enable logging” checkbox, and then follow up with going back to /wp-admin/edit.php?post_type=ctct_lists
and clicking the “Sync Lists with Constant Contact” link at the top of the page?
I’m curious if somehow there’s an error going on with regards to fetching available lists at the moment. Looking over the code, the spot where you’re seeing no lists found does rely on the API at the moment, as opposed to the list’s listing page.
If there’s something occurring to prevent the lists from showing up in that form editor, hopefully the logging will capture it.
