    Hello! First of all, great plugin. I’ve been using it successfully for a while now. I’ve never encountered this issue, though, where Easy Forms is telling me there are no lists in my MailChimp account. I know the API is valid and active, and I know there is a list in the account. Can you offer any insight into why the list wouldn’t show up in your plugin? I can’t create a form without it. Thanks again!

    Hi Matt,

    Did this issue occur on a website that was previously working? Did you login one day and find that you can no longer access your MailChimp data? Or is this the first time this website tried to connect to MailChimp and nothing is being found?

    If the connection was previously working, then my bet is that your server’s IP address was flagged and blocked by MailChimp for malicious activity. This happens to people from time to time because they’re on shared hosting environments where other websites can (at times) have the same IP address.

    One way to test this theory is to try your API key on a different website if you have access to one. Or you can try contacting MailChimp or your server.
