Hi @traductordemenu
I am sorry for your bad experience!
As for the file size limit:
You probably receive an error message like: “The uploaded file exceeds the upload_max_filesize directive in php.ini.”
The upload max file size limitation is limitation set on either your server or your site. This won’t allow uploading files larger than the specified size.
Unfortunately we don’t have a control over it, this is something that must be increased by either you or your host as you see here: https://smartslider3.helpscoutdocs.com/article/1158-upload-max-filesize
If you don’t want to increase that limit, then what you could do is installing Smart Slider 3 over FTP as you see here: https://smartslider3.helpscoutdocs.com/article/55-wordpress-installation#ftp
in that way you could bypass this upload limitation!
Complicated:
We have 2 editing modes, Content and Canvas mode.
-Currently you are probably using the Content mode, which works like a page builder. So you need to work with blocks, meaning that you can not place the layers anywhere by simply drag and dropping to a certain place. However in this mode you can achieve a much better responsive behavior. Here you can find some tutorials: https://smartslider3.helpscoutdocs.com/article/1430-tutorial-video-content-mode
-The other editing mode Canvas mode allows you to place the layers anywhere on the Canvas: https://smartslider3.helpscoutdocs.com/article/1479-how-can-i-move-my-layers-freely-on-the-canvas but you probably need to make more adjustments to make your slider look good on most screens.
Here you can find out more information about the differences between these 2 modes: https://smartslider3.helpscoutdocs.com/article/1522-canvas-vs-content-mode
Anyway if you have still have a question or a specific problem, feel free to open a support ticket at: https://smartslider3.com/contact-us/support/?ref=https://www.ads-software.com/support/topic/no-lo-recomiendo-3/
and we will help!
Best regards,
Laszlo.
