  • This could be due to some very slow running JavaScript in your theme or one of the plugins you are using.

    ??CF7 starts the spinning arrow at the start of the form submission process and stops it when the email is sent successfully and displays the green success message. It definitely should not take 30 secs – there is something going wrong on your WP install.
