No location to enter new password?

Hello,

I wanted to change my password this afternoon, so I went to users, profile, but there is now only the random password generator. The 2 new password locations are not on the bottom of the page anymore. Two weeks ago my site was hacked and I restored from backup, and added more security measures, so I’m a bit nervous, that someone still has control.
