No log and notification on order

    on the jetpack ios apps and on the log on wordperss.org i don’t have the notification or log for new order. could you take a look what’s wrong?

    Hi there, @marcoslmdb,

    I checked your Jetpack connection and everything seems to be working okay, which is a great palce to start.

    To check notifications and new order logs, make sure the notifications feature is enabled in Jetpack. For more details on managing notifications,?check this page.

    Could you also check if push notifications are enabled in the iOS app by going to My Site → Jetpack Settings and enabling “Send Push Notifications”?

    Let me know how you get on, and we’ll take it from there if necessary.
