    Hi,

    I have installed the plugin and registered at Ignitiondeck. Logging in at the Ignitiondesk works fine; when I try to log in in the plugin, I receive a “This content is restricted to members only” message; thus, I cannot use the plugin at all.

    I tried the Ignitiondeck support forums, but my registration does not seem to work there; I only see a Facebook login option.

    Am I doing something wrong?

    Can you please send us a message at https://ignitiondeck.com/id/contact-ignitiondeck/ and provide the email address you used to register on IgnitionDeck.com so we can see what is going on with your account.

    Also, please let us know exactly where it is you are seeing the “content restricted” message – is that on your site where you have installed the plugins or is it on our support forums when you’ve tried to view those.
