    My home internet provider was acquired by a new company that changed the IP addresses for us clients without prior notice. As a result, I can no longer access the login page because my IP address has changed, and I had previously set up IP whitelisting with my old IP. What is the secure solution to my problem? I can enter to file manager in CP and delete the plugin folder is that ok?

    Hi @kppteam

    Please define below constant in wp-config.php file. It will disable the login white list IP feature and will allow access to login page.

    Once you have logged in and added your new IP address you may remove it.

    define( 'AIOS_DISABLE_LOGIN_WHITELIST', true );

    Regards
