No Login/Authentication – Where Is It?

  • Hello!

    As the topic title states, I do not receive any request to fill in a user/pass to check against our AD.

    I can simply use any browser, enter the URL to the site, and access all of the content. I have attempted to do this on multiple computers, on both internal and external networks. Never have I been asked for authentication.

    The plugin is activated and settings have been saved.

    Am I missing something?

    This plugin allows you to authenticate a WORDPRESS user against an active directory server.

    A wordpress blog is readable by non-authenticated visitors.

    In order to achieve what I think you are trying to do, you’ll need either to make the blog readable for suscribers (and other wordpress roles) only, or to use Apache LDAP authentication.

    The form you’re looking for is the one displayed by puting wp-admin/ at the end of your blog’s URL.
