No logo option in Customize > Site Identity

A few months ago, I installed 2015 WordPress theme at keelyfoundation.com, and there was a logo upload option in the Site Identity section. I just installed 2015 theme at https://www.fontydogs.com, and there is no option to upload a logo in the Site Identity section, and I’m not sure why. Does anyone know of a cause or fix for this? Thank you for any suggestions.
