No logout on the website’s backend, no password reset

Hello,

have installed the suite on both staging and production websites https://www.blueice.co.il / dev.blueice.co.il and both of them created and logged with [email protected] user accounts under same company. Tried to update the details on https://worksuite.cloodo.com/ (were 3 users on the company Blue Ice Arena there with the same ID and emails) , logged out and can’t login again, no password reminder arrives to [email protected] and passwords don’t work.

Also, can’t log out from the user [email protected] on the website, to be able to log in with another Cloodo user I have created under [email protected] email.

Can you please solve the issue with logging out on WP backend https://www.blueice.co.il/wp-admin/admin.php?page=worksuite, and enable ability to reset the password for [email protected]?
