No logro importar con el SKU

    Quiero importar el archivo CSV del las compras que me han hecho en otra plataforma y si importa al cliente adecuadamente, pero no me permite relacionar al producto que compro el cliente con el cliente en cuestio a traves de la SKU pese a que el plugin si da la opcion de relacionarlo. Saben que puede ser?

Our plugin is designed to seamlessly migrate between WooCommerce sites. To better understand your request, could you provide the following information?

    1. Are you migrating from another platform to WooCommerce?
    2. If you are migrating between two WooCommerce sites, could you confirm that the products are already present in the import site before importing orders?
    3. If possible, please provide a sample import CSV file so we can investigate the issue further. You can upload the file to any file-sharing platform and share the link with us. Please remove any sensitive information before sharing the file.

    Speaking of this, in which order should we import Customers, Products and Orders?

    For store migration, we recommend you import the files in the following sequence: User/Customer > Product > Product Review > Coupon > Order.
