• I installed this plug-in because our website has been the target of many brute attacks of late. I logged out to confirm that it was working and am no longer able to log back in! Every time I attempt to log in, it says “Error: Please solve Captcha correctly” although all I have to do is check the box, which I’ve done. I’m not sure how to fix this, as I’m unable to log in to deactivate the plugin. Please help!

    Edit: I am using V2 Captcha box and used the keys for V2

    Edit #2: I was able to log back in by removing the plugin from FTP, and have been working with the settings and using a separate browser to attempt to login, however I haven’t been able to get this to work. It continues to give me the error.

  • Same here but with v3. Nobody can’t login on the website, even admin, with the plugin active. This issue appeared yesterday (December 3th).

    Yes V3 still not working, can’t log in and customers cant purchase!!!!

    Same problem here. I enabled V2 invisible on login now I cant login. I see the recapta at the bottom right corner but it just not letting me sign in when i click login from my WP-login page.
