• Hi,

We have an issue where the plugin will no longer send a bulk email to our subscribers. I’m using the same templates and settings I have previously but it doesn’t work anymore. No chron task is queued to run.

The last successful send was in January. I tried to roll back the plugin but it appears It appears there are no versions to select. This is likely due to you not using not using tags for versions and only committing new releases to the repository trunk. This is really problematic and prevents us from rolling back.

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

  • I can’t help you with rollback as that’s a developer issue.

Please try to deactivate, then activate the plugin again. This causes it to re-register the cron tasks, which should get it working again.

Alternatively, you can disable wp-cron and use the link provided to schedule your own cron task. This works far more reliably than wp-cron as it does not depend on site activity to trigger the tasks.

Hi so I tried deactivating and reactivating the plugin without success.

I also disabled wp-cron and used the URL to schedule my own cron task in cPanel. This doesn’t trigger anything either.

No new job is triggered to run in the “sent email” area.
