No longer compatible with WPML

  • Hello,

    Unfortunately, your plugin is no longer compatible with WPML.
    Your plugin caused a bug on my website (turning some links from /category/product-name to /?attachment_id). When asking WPML support for help, they informed me that this bug is caused because your plugin is no longer compatible with WPML. Obviously, having a good working multilingual website is more important than being able to remove the product-category and category removed from the slugs, so I had to de-activate your plugin to keep a good working website.

    I was informed that WPML has reached out to you, but there seems to be no fix soon as you do not cooperate to their calls. That’s very unfortunate.

    They also listed your plugin on their website (https://wpml.org/plugin/premmerce-permalink-manager-for-woocommerce/) as a plugin that is not compatible with WPML.

    On your plugin page you still have WPML listed as 100% compatible. Since this is no longer true, you’re giving false information for WPML users that are interested in this plugin.

    WPML WooCommerce Multilingual

    I really hope you’re willing to work with WPML so your plugin can be used again for WPML users.

    This issue was escalated to our developers already and they are working actively to get this sorted.

    This is still under investigation. I hope for your kind patience regarding this as WPML has a lot of moving parts that needs to be checked and our team would need to reach out to WPML’s team as well for more information regarding this.

    Why is WPML WooCommerce Multilingual still listed under “THIS PLUGIN IS 100% COMPATIBLE WITH” though? This is false advertising.

    As mentioned on WPML’s website; “Premmerce Permalink Manager for WooCommerce is not currently compatible with WPML. You may experience issues when using it.”
