No longer displayed

Regardless what I do, the banner is no longer displayed on my website.

I have deactivated, uninstalled and re-installed the plugin but nothing works.

of course I have cleared all my browser history and deleted all cookies on my computer to be sure that no cookie on my computer was preventing me from showing the banner.

What goes wrong?
