It looks like @afterimagedesigns may no longer be updating the theme and it has been removed from the WordPress repository, which is a shame. Would be good to know a bit more about why it was removed!

Sorry you are completely right. I couldn’t find it and jumped to the wrong conclusion (it does not seem to be updated on GitHub, so that also threw me off track). I notice on the repository https://www.ads-software.com/themes/wp-bootstrap-starter/ it has “noindex” added for robots.
