For some reason it is no longer possible to bulk print packing slips or invoices, this makes using the plugin quite a chore.

Here’s what I mean, login to your Woocommerce site, go to WooCommerce->Orders, select any number of orders and choose “pdf invoice” from the “Bulk Actions” drop down and then hit “Apply”. Instead of printing the invoice, the page refreshes but nothing happens.

If you open an order and find “create PDF” on the sidebar and click “PDF invoice” or “PDF packing slip” the individual invoice/packing slip is generated, but this is rather a tedious way to do it… I hope this can be fixed.

    Same issue here.

Didn’t fix by upgrading WooCommerce to 9.x
Didn’t fix by downgrading your plugin to 3.8.3 either.

    Any ETA for the fix?

Same issue. Tried other PDF invoice plugins, which also don’t work any more. May be a WordPress issue?

Would someone be able to send us an email so we can help debug the issue? We haven’t been able to replicate it on our end yet. Thanks so much!

Sent an email your way with a screen recording.

Are you all using WP Optimize plugin as well? If yes, could you downgrade to version v3.3.2 and let us know if that fixes the issue?

You can get the lower version here.

Deactivated WP Optimize and that did the trick for us! <3

Downgraded to version 3.3.2 and the PDF still work with it active.

That’s great to hear! We’ve already reported the issue to them, so now we just have to wait for a quick fix.

Ok, so the bug was caused by WP Optimize? maybe both plugins used a php function or class with the same name?

Removed WP Optimise (don’t really need it anyway) and problem fixed for us too, thanks!

It seems so. Other plugins that extend the Bulk Actions, like us, might be affected too.

Doesn’t seem a problem from our plugin.

Anyway, we have already reported the issue to them, we should expect a fix shortly.
