No longer posting to facebook page

    I installed this plugin and it worked OK to begin with, posted about 5 or 6 products to my facebook page.

    Now for some reason it has just stopped working. Obviously the app is set up correctly otherwise it wouldn’t have worked to begin with. I have disabled and re-enabled plugins including this one, disconnected and reconnected and new products just will not post to facebook, I have to add them manually.

    Any suggestions?

    What error message you are receiving by email? Please enable error notification from options and try to post. In case of any error, it will notify site admin that why its not posting.

    If still facing issue the contact us at https://genialsouls.com/contact-us/ with your site info to check manually whats wrong there.

    Just ran a test post and received the following error.

    Your product ID 627 not posted on Facebook due to following reason.
    (#324) Requires upload file

    Have also just tested another auto posting plugin and that is working fine which leads me to believe this must be a plugin issue.

    I prefer this plugin though so I would like to get this sorted.

    Have to say, the support from qsheeraz is outstanding.

    Gave him access to my site and he fixed the issue for me albeit a workaround solution for now but he still fixed it and got the plugin working again.
