    Everything was humming along just fine, but as of a couple of months ago (hard to know the exact date), we have stopped receiving emails from our Contact 7 forms.

    The FROM field is [your-name] plus a valid email address from our domain name.
    Additional headers is just Reply-To: [your-email]

    There is nothing in the debug.log file and the form is successfully added to our database (thanks to another plugin).

    See If You Have Email Problems – most people that work carefully through this list of email sending issues are able to solve their particular problems.

    From the info you supplied it looks like your emails may be being rejected as spam.

    I will go through, but I don’t think this is the case. I have created a local version of the site so that I can disable all of the plugins and change the theme (without disrupting the public site). I have tried having the form send to various email addresses — my personal address, the client’s business address, my business address — all without any resolution.

    I have installed Mailgun, which logs all of the emails it sends, and the emails sent from Contact 7 do not show up in the logs. It DOES show things like password reset emails sent to customers and receipts from Woocommerce. I am exploring the options in the article you sent, but I don’t think that spam is the answer.
