    Hi Nikola @loncar,

I’m having a problem receiving email notifications for appointments booked by customers online. We are no longer receiving the emails at either email address when a customer books an appointment online.?

I’ve tried sending test emails using both options and that’s not working. The error log says: Mail error: Invalid address: (From):?(my email addresses). I have attached the error message. Can you assist me? Thanks for your help.

Hi @ecm007 can you please open EA Settings > Mail notification page and check the value From there? Should be same domain as your site. For example no-reply@eastc…

    Best regards,

    Hi Nikola @loncar,

I appreciate your assistance. I have opened EA settings and selected mail notifications. The values are requesting email addresses and not my website domain.?It worked previously with the email addresses listed and not the website domain and it just stopped working for some reason.

I placed the website domain in the email address section as you instructed, and it still didn’t work. I tried to attach a screen shot. What should I do next? Thank you for your help.
