Hello: I recently installed Amazon Onelink using your plugin. Now I notice that Amazon image ads on my site no longer show “shop now” in the bottom corner that used to appear (I have Publishing Studio code in my footer I installed awhile back).

Is that a conflict with the plugin perhaps? Any ideas on how to restore that functionality? Should I paste the publishing code in one of the ad inserter blocks and not in my site’s actual footer (perhaps the same block with my Onelink code)? I should note when I manually pin an image it still shows “shop now,” but when I paste an Amazon code it doesn’t. I hope that makes sense.

You can see an example here where I have a list of Amazon album image ads. The only “shop now” icon appears on the 14th entry, which was a manual pin.

Besides that, the plugin works great! I really love its AMP compatibility!

    Thanks!

In principle Ad Inserter only inserts the code you configure.
    It doesn’t display anything.

    You didn’t post any settings:

    Hi Igor,

When I disabled the Onelink footer it showed the “shop now” in the right corner of my Amazon image links, so the issue is definitely connected. There must be some sort of conflict between the onelink code and the Amazon publisher code in the footer.

I have now enabled remote debugging. I have also included screenshots links below to better explain my issue. Is there an email address I can send my code so that my amazon id isn’t displayed here?

    Amazon link before onelink enabled:

Amazon link after onelink enabled using plugin:

    Thanks!

First of all you need to update plugin to the latest version.

Then you should fix Javascript error
Failed to load resource: the server responded with a status of 403 (Forbidden)
    related to the url
    https://fls-na.amazon-adsystem.com/1/action-impressions/1/OE/associates-adsystems/action/

I can not detect any issue related to the plugin.
The problem you have has nothing to do with the plugin.
It only inserts the code you configure.

Try to put that code at the same location but in a different way (without Ad Inserter) – maybe you can try to put it directly into theme files.

    Igor,

Not sure how to fix the javascript error, but I will update plugin. Do you think it might be worth a try to put my Amazon publisher code in a separate ad inserter block?

You can try that, but I don’t believe it will have any effect.

I would suggest to try to insert the code without the plugin just to see the difference.
