    Is there anything in the log? Please check the server or wp/php log. I could also suggest some WP mail logging plugin (I use WP Mail Logging Version 1.5.0 | By Christian Z?ller)

    For all my sites outgoing e-mails work just fine with PvM v 1.2.8

    OK, so it took me three months to get back to you, but this plugin is now working again. Not sure if you updated it recently but it’s all good again, thanks.
