• I paid for and downloaded the plugin about a month ago, but a support ticket that I created over 1 week ago [#97641]?is still being ignored.

    Does this plugin not offer any support?

    There are some dead links to FB and Twitter (X) on their website, so I’m thinking they clearly have some internal staff issues. And I understand that the plugin changed names (owners?) not too long ago, so perhaps the whole thing was abandoned?

    Indeed, this plugin is still supported.

    Upon checking our Support Portal, I can see your ticket had been responded to on Dec 13, 2023 by one of our support agents. Please check your Spam/Bulk/Junk folder, just in case our email went there. If that is the case, please whitelist email address, [email protected], to make sure our email will go to your Inbox.

    Besides that, you can also check your ticket on our End-User Portal.

    Also, thank you for reporting the dead link on our site. We will take care of it.

    Hi Herman,

    Thanks for the reply. That’s good news!

    I initially contacted support via the chat feature from the plugin. But chat wasn’t available at that time, so I got an email instead saying “we’ve received your email. And will get back…”

    I even replied to that email with more info…

    But that’s when the communication went cold.

    I’ve check spam over and over, but nothing in there.

    Logging into the portal tells me “There are no tickets yet“.

    Something seems amiss. But I have no idea where.

    Anyway, please let me know where I can view the response to ticket #97641. I’ll check that.
    Otherwise, I just created a new ticket [#102799]?through your website, so hopefully that will work better.

    Upon checking further, it seems there was a glitch at the moment we responded to your first ticket (#97641). That is also the reason why you didn’t see any ticket in the End-User Portal. We are sorry for the inconvenience you may have because of this.

    Anyway, I notice that you have opened another ticket (#102799) and one of our agents has responded to it. I can see our latest response was about 5 hours ago.

    Please continue the conversation related to this issue using the ticket and mark the topic as Resolved.
