Have used the free and paid version of this plugin on a few sites, but it looks like they are removing the free version and not responding with any reason. If you are deleting the free versions with a “Calendar Not Found: The requested calendar URL was not found. Please contact the website owner.” message and no login in availablily, you should say that.

  • Hi @purpledog,

Thank you for reaching out to us.

We kindly inform you that our platform offers an outstanding free version.

Due to security measures, we maintain a policy of removing accounts that have remained inactive, signifying that you haven’t logged into your account for over 120 days. Before initiating the account removal, we notify the calendar owner via email within 90 days of inactivity, requesting him to log in to the app to prevent this action.

This was the case with the calendar from your page.

To better assist you next time, please fill out the following form?here, and we will review your request quickly.

    Regards,

Thank you for your response. I did fill put a contact form, prior to posting here. I am the developer and account is in website owner’s name and email. Is there a way to reinstate the account? Also, it certainly would be helpful to make sure that notice is clear in your description.
