No longer syncing to Zoho

Our forms stopped syncing to Zoho about a month ago. This appears to line up with with the last time this plugin had an update.
I deactivated and then reactivated the plugin. After doing that, instead of asking me for a Zoho login (as the installation instructions and FAQ for this plugin suggest), the plugin required a new process of connecting to Zoho and getting an API client ID and secret token. I followed this process and got a success message, but I am still not getting any Contact Form 7 form submissions to sync to Zoho.
Any help would be appreciated.
