No longer working

    This has been working for years to block our ‘Photography’ category, but suddenly it is no longer working and it is showing in the feed on homepage. I’ve checked settings and all are ok.

    • PHP version: 7.4.33
    • WordPress version: 6.2.2

    We’re using version 1.7. Not sure why support info says 1.1.

    The plugin hasn’t changed recently so I’d guess, without more information, that your theme or the widget that is used to display the feed you mentioned has changed such that my plugin isn’t recognizing the code to build the feed and therefore isn’t applying the exclusion.

    We haven’t changed our website for years other than updating WordPress

    This is not resolved – please could you assist.

    The problem seems to be that when articles are loaded in the ‘load more’ section of the homepage feed, this is when ultimate excluder cannot apply the filter. The extent of the feed that appears on page load is excluded, but as soon as AJAX loads the load more, it does not work.

    Can you push a fix for this compatibility ?

    Thanks for investigating. It makes sense that the plugin doesn’t work with AJAX as AJAX can bypass any and all plugins. This is not something I’ll attempt to remedy.
