No longer working in Multisite

    I have this in a WPMS network using subfolders. After upgrading to 4.3.1, the toolbar now displays on every site in the multisite network. The plugin settings now seem to only work on the root site. Prior to upgrading, the settings at the main root site worked throughout the site network, so that if the toolbar was hidden for a subscriber on the main site, the toolbar was hidden for every site in the network also.

    Found that the problem I’m having with this working is caused by a problem elsewhere and not with this plugin. Closing.
