Try updating to the latest version and get back to us if you still have those problems.

I have the plus version and have updated it. It still does not work.

Can you send us the EasyRecipe diagnostics? You can do that from the Support tab on the EasyRecipe settings page.

If you can’t get the settings page, can you submit a support ticket at https://www.easyrecipeplugin.com/support/submit-support-ticket/

We should be able to sort it out for you once we can get some details of your WordPress environment.
