No longer Works after migration

I moved the site to a new domain and noticed that the editor was not seeing a new plugin I installed. I checked Adminimize and tried unhiding things, No change. Ran a clean and still no change. Had to make the user admin for time being.
Disabled plugin with same results.. ideas?
