With the newest update, an essential function no longer worked. However, Marcus took time to correct the issue and personally follow up when the patch didn’t work for my site personally. All is working now, thank you!

    Hello,

I’m sorry for the slow response on the forum threads. Whilst this is a free plugin, we commit to providing support here and it seems our support staff have not been monitoring the threads as often as they should.

I’m personally going through the major bug reports to make sure any recent update issues are taken care of. I’ve replied to your thread. Hopefully we can get this fixed for you and others, and maybe change this 1-star review whilst we’re at it ??

@netweblogic people have mainly problems with the paid and not with the free version. The support, which does not work, relates to the paid version primarily. And the list of the same reported bugs, where hardly anything works anymore, is huge in the meanwhile.

The update to the pro version of this plugin literally broke every existing installation. And people have now been waiting since days for a reply.

@leberm we’ve been having some logistical issues over the past few weeks on the support side of things, coupled with the new update and WP migrating to jQuery 3.5 has made all these issues magnified. These are mainly JS-related issues caused by the new jQuery coupled with other plugins having the same growing pains which result in conflicts between each other.

The Pro support is far less affected by these issues, it is always given priority over the .org forums but if you do have any issues please let us know and we’ll get them sorted out ASAP.

I’m overseeing the support team to make sure they’re answering every thread over the past few days and that any recent bugs are resolved immediately (free and Pro). As you’ll see I have replied to a thread of yours on the Pro forum already.
