No longer works on mobile site with WPtouch

Thanks for reaching out. This is very strange, as there haven’t been any changes to Auction Nudge recently that would cause this kind of behaviour. Also I am testing on my own mobile devices and everything is working correctly.

Is there any way you could could send me a link to the web page where this is happening? This would allow me to fully investigate the issue, otherwise I am only able to speculate what might be causing the issue. I suspect there may be some kind of conflict causing this. Have you checked the error console to see if there are any errors being displayed? This page should help you to view the error console in your browser if you are not already familiar:

Also, just to check that you are only displaying one Auction Nudge tool per page (including widgets)? As multiple instances on the same page can cause issues.

After working through this issue with patsky over email, we narrowed down the root of the issue to a conflict with the WPtouch plugin.

At this time we are unable to establish the exact cause in order to address the issue, but we were able to put in place a work-around which allowed Auction Nudge to display correctly.

I will update this thread if/when any more details come to light about this conflict and will release a fix if possible to prevent this from happening to other users.
