I have edited the fields as i want, but the old fields still shows up on the page.

What can be the reason for this?

    Hi,

Could you please try clearing your cache and check?

    Thanks!

Already tried that. It’s not loading anything from field editor.

By old fields do you mean the default WooCommerce fields or the old custom fields created using our plugin? Basically, do any fields created using our plugin get displayed?

It looks like it might be a conflict with another plugin or the theme you are using. Can you tell us what theme you are using?

yes – the default themes. I’m using bridge.

Could you please send screenshots of the field settings?

I’m using Bridge as well and I’ve tried disabling and removing fields but they’re still showing up. Also cleared cache. Is there a fix for this? Thanks.

All I did was remove address, state, country, etc. since my products are digital.

WooCommerce expects certain default fields to always be displayed. At least the country field has to be enabled to avoid unexpected behavior similar to what you are facing.
Please enable the country field and this issue should be resolved.

    Thank you!
