No mailing after purchase

Hello everyone!
First of all, thanks for the quick response to the last ticket! It worked.
Now I have bought a voucher as a test with the payment method “bank transfer”. I have not received an email. Neither as an admin that my order was received, nor as a customer with another payment request.
In the admin area in the order overview, I then indicated that the order had been paid for. But even then I didn’t receive an email. So I went to the “Send e-mail” action when placing the order. The page then loaded and I received an alert saying (in German)
“An error has occurred
An error occurred while deleting the order.”It looks as if these are different errors: mail dispatch and trigger of the action mail dispatch with wrong error message.
And another question on the side:
What is the reason that the main DIV box of the order process has z-index 99999? I have a fixed menu and would now have to overwrite this specification so that it does not run over my menu bar.Thanks for your help!
