    Hi,

    I have been messing around with plugin for about 6 months now necause I thought set it up wrong.
    I have chevked every setting, read heaps of tutorials and even asked Google to help out. Nothing….

    People see the pop up, but nobody ever gets an email for a review. Tried it myself dozens of times and asked customers about it. Many click Yes on the pop up, but never ever get any emails.

    Really would like to know what is going on…

    Hi,

    I’m sorry to hear of the problems you’re having with Google Customer Reviews.

    I want to take a look at the implementation on your site to see what the problem could be, but unfortunately, your site appears to be very broken right now. Here’s a screenshot. https://imgur.com/a/dCErdFS

    Anyway, this plugin handles the implementation of Google’s javascript code to make their popup appear. If that popup appears, then this plugin has done its job. What happens from there is up to Google.

    However, if there something wrong with the data that we’re sending to Google, then that could cause an issue. That’s why I want to see it for myself.

    One random idea that comes to mind… do you have email obfuscation plugin/feature enabled? If so, it would mess up the email address that the plugin sends to Google which would prevent Google from emailing the customer at the correct address.

    Very odd, I am actually browsing my shop at the moment to check for text-errors, and it is working perfectly fine here. Are you blocking CDN’s or something perhaps? Maybe something that prevents cache-pages? I’ve had something a bit like that due to an adblocker in Chrome.

    Anyway, the popup appears, and it actually mentions the e-mailaddress from the user. But no e-mail is ever sent. I also haven’t been able to find a list of the mails that Google has tried to sent, I only know it from customers who asked me why they get the popup, but never any emails for feedback.
    Save to say I have missed many, many reviews already ??

    Could you perhaps check my website again? Maybe press CTRL+R once?

    Out of curiosity, which field is used by the plugin for the GTIN?Never mind… it has been a long day ??

    It wasn’t an ad blocker, and I refreshed multiple times earlier with no success. But, just tried going there again, and it works now.

    Can you send me the URL of the /checkout/order-received page that you get to after a test order? It should have the order number and key in the URL.
