    Hi there,

    since we switched to this plugin no mails are sent, when a customer orders with paypal.
    Orders with other payment options are sent as usual.

    We use a mail log plugin to check it.

    Any idea how to solve this?
    Checked the mail settings twice and also took a look in the log, but can’t see any approach.

    Can you please check for any mails after changing the order status to completed? Also, are you using any third-party plugins or custom codes to manage the emails sent from your site? Awaiting your response.

    Hi,

    when I change the status to completed /abgeschlossen then the mail is sent.

    We use germanized plugin, as far as I can see no other plugin is handling mails (except Mailpoet, but don’t think thats relevant in this case).

    The issue might be related to the Germanised WooCommerce plugin that you are using. Please share its version number with us to get a better understanding.

    We were able to replicate the issue using the Germanized Woocommerce plugin. We have now fixed the issue and it will available on the next release of the plugin.
